1. Submitting a Claim

If you have received a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you may submit a claim within 14 calendar days from the delivery date.

To file a claim, please send an email to [email protected] and include the following information:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the defect/damage (if applicable)
  • Date of delivery

We will respond to your claim within 2–5 business days.


2. Accepted Reasons for Claims

We accept refund or replacement requests for the following reasons:

  • The product arrived damaged or broken
  • The product is defective or does not work
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product does not match the description on our website

In any of these cases, we will either:

  • Offer a replacement, or
  • Provide a full refund via bank transfer, depending on availability and customer preference

3. Non-Accepted Claims

We do not accept claims or refund requests in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after the order was shipped or delivered
  • The product shows signs of use, tampering, or intentional damage
  • You refused to accept the package upon delivery
  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product functionality
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

4. Return Conditions

If a return is approved:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition
  • The return must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return approval
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or our error

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund or replacement status.


5. Refund Processing

If your claim is approved and a refund is requested:

  • The refund will be issued via bank transfer
  • You may be asked to provide your IBAN or bank details
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after return approval

6. Damaged Products in Transit

If your package is visibly damaged upon delivery, we strongly recommend that you refuse the shipment and notify us immediately. This will help us initiate a claim with the courier service and speed up the resolution process.
